Who we are
Opium Bar is run by Opium Bars Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 06865275. Registered office: Spring Gardens Road, Bath, Somerset, BA2 6PJ. For anything to do with your information, write to booking@opiumbars.co.uk or call 01225 332321.
What this website collects: nothing
There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, no accounts, no forms and no cookies set by this site. It simply doesn't gather information about you.
When you book
Reservations happen by email or phone, so the details you choose to send us — your name, contact details and the shape of your evening — go to our booking inbox and are used only to arrange your visit. We don't sell them, share them, or add you to a mailing list.
Maps and the virtual tour
The map on our visit page and the 360° views on the tour page are served by Google. When you open those pages, your browser loads that content from Google, which may set cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy. The rest of the site loads nothing of the kind.
Hosting
The site is served by Vercel, whose infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived access logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations, as almost all web hosting does.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — for this site that will almost always mean emails in our booking inbox. Write to booking@opiumbars.co.uk and a real person will sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled something, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
